**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the department in day-to-day operations and assigned tasks
- Learn and follow SOPs, safety standards, and quality protocols
- Support team in production, assembly, or inspection work as per requirement
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace
- Report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor
- Participate actively in training sessions and performance reviews
