The CAIE Hindi Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality Hindi language education to students in higher grades, focusing on CAIE curriculum objectives. The teacher will create a supportive learning environment, develop lesson plans, evaluate student performance, and engage students in activities to enhance their language proficiency, cultural understanding, and analytical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the CAIE Hindi curriculum for higher grades.
- Employ differentiated teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Develop and use instructional materials that reflect CAIE standards and encourage language mastery.
- **Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring**:

- Design and administer assessments that measure student learning outcomes based on CAIE standards.
- Track and analyze student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional methods as necessary.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
- Address behavioral issues promptly, following school policies and procedures.
- **Professional Development & Collaboration**:

- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and collaborative planning sessions.
- Engage with other language teachers and the CAIE coordinator to share best practices and develop interdisciplinary projects.
- **Student Support & Mentorship**:

- Identify students who need additional support and provide extra assistance to foster improvement.
- Motivate and guide students in developing language proficiency, cultural understanding, and analytical skills essential for exams.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or related field. B.Ed. is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Hindi to higher-grade students, ideally within a CAIE framework.
- **Certifications**: CAIE-related training or certification is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in written and spoken Hindi and English.
- Strong understanding of CAIE standards and assessments for Hindi.
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
