**Job Title: Sales Executive - Paint Industry**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the paint industry, including architects, builders, contractors, and distributors.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.**:

- **Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.**:

- **Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.**:

- **Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.**:

- **Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint or coatings industry.**:

- **Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and promotional strategies.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
