**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans focused on JEE and NEET Chemistry syllabi.
- Teach advanced Chemistry concepts, including Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, problem-solving sessions, and practical demonstrations, to enhance student understanding.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Design and administer practice tests and mock exams to simulate real test conditions.
- Provide detailed feedback and analysis to students on their performance and areas for improvement.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer one-on-one or small group tutoring to address individual student needs.
- Create and maintain an open line of communication with students to provide academic support and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategies to help students manage exam stress and improve test-taking skills.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development of a robust and effective Chemistry curriculum tailored for JEE and NEET preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest changes and trends in JEE and NEET exam patterns and incorporate these into the teaching approach.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with teaching strategies and advancements in Chemistry.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions related to competitive exam preparation and educational best practices.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and strategies for academic improvement.
- Contribute to school events and initiatives that support academic excellence and student engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Specialized training or certification in competitive exam coaching (JEE/NEET) is advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level, with a focus on JEE/NEET preparation, is preferred.
