**Social Media Executive - Duroflex**

**Content Creation**

Freedom to ideate and execute short and long form content that is relevant to the brand and its products. We’ll be excited and happy for you to explore various formats, ranging from photographs to videos to tweets.

We’d expect you to align monthly campaigns, maintain social media calendars and deploy updated content strategies and trends.

We’d give you the freedom to explore partnerships with influencers for various content pieces.

**Social Media Trends**

We expect you to be hyper connected to the internet so you can jack social media trends, filtering out what’s relevant to the brand and what’s not. Based on the trends, you can create content and engage our consumers on various social media platforms. We also expect you to own new initiatives to improve and increase brand presence.

**Community Management**

We expect you to manage the community on various social media handles. While we have a CRM team to reply to consumer complaints, we’d need your help to reply to user comments/tweets.

Along with this, you’d be responsible to post content on our social media channels, and keep the community engaged in more meaningful ways than one.
