**Job Title: Mother Teacher**

Job Location: Divyapath School, Memnagar, Ahmedabad.

A **Mother Teacher** is a unique role typically found in early childhood education settings, particularly in Montessori or primary schools. The concept revolves around providing young learners with a nurturing and consistent environment by having one teacher primarily responsible for their academic and emotional development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Classroom Management**:

- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom atmosphere that helps children feel safe and valued.
- Establish consistent routines to help students adapt to the school environment smoothly.

2. **Teaching and Learning**:

- Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons that meet academic and developmental milestones.
- Encourage the holistic development of students by incorporating activities that develop motor skills, creativity, and emotional intelligence.

3. **Student Development**:

- Monitor and assess students' academic performance, behavior, and social development.
- Provide individual attention to students who need additional support academically or emotionally.
- Promote positive behavior through encouragement and reinforcement.

4. **Parental Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the school and parents, regularly updating them on their child’s progress and addressing concerns.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and workshops to discuss developmental goals and strategies for home learning.

5. **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, academic progress, and behavioral observations.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and curriculum planning activities.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related field.
- Experience working with young children in an educational or caregiving setting.
- Knowledge of child psychology and development is a plus.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and lesson planning.
- Creativity to design engaging and interactive lessons.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities to handle classroom challenges.
- Collaborative skills for working with parents and colleagues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
