We are seeking a Powder Coating Supervisor to lead our team in executing high-quality powder coating processes. The role involves overseeing production, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain strict quality control, inspect finished products, and address any defects.
- **Production Management**: Plan schedules, allocate resources, and track production metrics for optimal output.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure equipment is well-maintained and operational; address issues promptly.
- **Process Enhancement**: Continuously improve powder coating processes, collaborating with engineering teams.
- **Inventory Control**: Manage inventory of coatings, supplies, and equipment to support production.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records, generate reports on production, quality, and deviations.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
