The Digital Marketing Intern position is responsible for digital and inbound marketing to help enhance our Project branding and lead generation, working alongside a flexible marketing team, supporting collaboratively the marketing strategy and
execution.

Customer outreach: targeting specific customer segments aggressively through online/offline efforts, with the objective to convert our customer-outreach communication activities into qualified leads (marketing qualified leads - MQL).

Maintain digital presence through online material, blog, and social media, tailoring the digital content to support and promote the platform commercial activities and efforts.

Content writing and graphics design for the platform, as well as for our marketing and commercial material. Topics and calendar will be assigned at the beginning of the internship.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities can include any of these:
0. Doing social media case study of potential clients in respective locality.
1. Prospecting clients.
2. Converting clients.
3. Closing clients.
4. Relationship management.
5. Managing clients.
6. Ensuring content creation if required.
8. Ensuring delivery of services to the clients is done on time.

**Stipend structure**:
This is a performance-based internship.

For FlairTribe (Community) members, stipend [Rs. 3,000/month] starts after closing minimum 2 clients.

Whereas, for non-FlairTribe (Community) members, stipend [Rs. 3,000/month] starts after closing minimum 3 clients.

**Note: FlairTribe (Community) members are those who have purchased the book 'Getting Lethal at Closing Deals' from our FlairList store so as to ensure a stronger network.

In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked bonus (10% of sales) per month as long as the client pays.

Sales usually differ in packages of ' Rs. 15K | Rs. 38k | Rs. 45k ' monthly per client.
