Designation: - Site Survey Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct comprehensive market research and demographic analysis to identify viable locations for potential franchise as well as COCO outlet openings.

3. Utilize geographic information systems (GIS) and other relevant tools to assess the suitability and feasibility of specific locations based on target market data.

4. Collaborate with the franchise development team to understand the brand's expansion goals and contribute to the development of location selection criteria.

5. Conduct physical site surveys, assessing factors such as foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and local competition to determine the viability of potential franchise as well as COCO outlet locations.

6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining the findings from location surveys, including recommendations and justifications for or against specific sites or locations

7. Communicate and associate with external agencies, property owners, and real estate brokers to gather information on available properties and negotiate favorable terms for lease agreements.

8. Stay Informed about regulations of zoning, local laws or any legal requirements that may impact on franchise setup

9. Collaborate and coordination with Sales and Marketing Department to provide specific insights or recommendations for franchise offerings to suit the local needs

10. Maintain accurate and updated records of all survey data, including site evaluation, market trends and Competitor analysis.

11. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary in order to achieve the objectives of the function and Yewale Amruttulya’s goals

Skills Required

1. Bachelor’s Degree required or diploma in relevant field like geography, real estate or related field

2. Proven Experience at least 1 year in Market research, site selection or similar role

3. Strong observation and analytical skills

4. Willingness to travel frequently to survey potential locations and attend industry events or conferences as needed.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with property owners and external stakeholders
