As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative **Video Creator and Reel Maker** to join our team.

**Role Overview**: As a Video Creator and Reel Maker, you will be responsible for producing captivating visual content for our brand. You’ll work closely with our marketing and social media teams to create eye-catching videos and photos that tell our story and engage our followers. Additionally, you’ll assist in video and audio setups during meetings and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative concepts for videos and reels that align with our brand identity.
- Produce high-quality videos, including promotional content, behind-the-scenes clips, and product showcases.
- Edit and enhance raw footage to create visually appealing content.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage our Instagram account, ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
- Optimize content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and regular posts.
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging.
- Collaborate with influencers and other content creators to expand our reach.

**Technical Support**:

- Assist in setting up video and audio equipment for virtual meetings, webinars, and events.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video and audio during live sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video creation, editing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of Instagram’s features, including Reels and Stories.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
