Proven Experience as a Data Scientist (Preferably 2+ years), with a strong track
- Record of delivering Impactful Data-driven solutions.
- Strong Problem Solving, Quantitative, and Analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning fundamentals, with proven
- Experience formulating Data Science solutions to business problems
- Proven ability to recognize business needs and communicate with multiple
- Stakeholders within the Product Management, Business, and Operations teams
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with expertise in
- Data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
- Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly with cross-functional teams to
- Execute on Decisions while Maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in handling Warehouse operation data is an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or similar.
- Extensive experience as a data scientist.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, Azure, AWS, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, MLOps
- In-depth understanding of SQL.
- Competent in machine learning principles and techniques.
- Demonstrable history of devising and overseeing data-centered projects.
- Ability to relay insights in layman's terms, such that these can be used to inform business decisions.
- Outstanding supervision and mentorship abilities.
- Capacity to foster a healthy, stimulating work environment that frequently harnesses teamwork.
- Compliance with prevailing ethical standards
