**JD : English Language Trainer**
English Language Trainer (CEFR-Aligned, Blended Learning)
Location: Across Karnataka
Duration: Two months (Tentative)
Reporting To: Project Manager

**About the Role**:

- Deliver 80 hours course cycle: 50 hours classroom (audio-visual/digital content) + 30 hours digital app practice, run concurrently for enhanced learning.
- Implement CEFR-aligned training modules; support and assess learners.
- Collaborate with the project team, maintain session records, and help ensure quality through digital content reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in English/Education (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in English language training with blended learning & familiarity with CEFR standards.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and willingness to travel.
