**Job Description: Account Assistant cum Cashier**

**Education**: B.Com
**Experience**: 3 to 5 years in manufacturing industries (experience in printing & packaging industries preferred).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounts, including ledger, journal, and balance sheet preparation.
- Handle cash transactions, maintain cash flow records, and ensure accurate cash management.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial reporting.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely invoicing.
- Support the Accounts department in audits, tax filings (GST, TDS), and compliance activities.
- Assist in inventory costing and expense tracking specific to manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and reports.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (Excel proficiency).
- Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is a plus.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
