**Responsibilities**
- Processing of pending sales orders
- Co-ordinate with warehouse operations to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Co-ordinate with forwarders and transporters on shipments.
- Planning shipment schedules based on distribution.
- Prepare shipping documents and Sales invoices for deliveries to customers.
- Closely work with Purchase, Warehouse, Sales, Distribution to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Closely work with Accounts Department to ensure maintaining proper Sales / Shipment records and other tracking for Audit / Day to Day operations purposes.
- Follow the SOP for the given responsibilities; Identify & resolve gaps in the current processes if any.
- To manage, maintain and process all tasks assigned in an accurate, timely and presentable manner following procedures as required.
- Regular data reporting and analysis and generating monthly reports on purchases and sales.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Reconcile stock records in case of any discrepancies between system and stock.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
