**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce visually appealing content for both digital and print formats using **Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW**, and **Illustrator**.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop design concepts and turn ideas into effective visual materials.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all designs are aligned with the company’s brand identity.
- Edit and optimize images and videos for digital platforms and print production.
- Prepare files for print, ensuring proper specifications for color, resolution, and formats.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, incorporating them into projects to ensure fresh and modern designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in graphic design with proficiency in **Canva**, **Photoshop**, **CorelDRAW**, and **Illustrator**.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design projects and expertise in both digital and print media.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive design and UX/UI concepts.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation tools or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or website design principles is a bonus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
