**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**CHEMIST(QC/QA)**
- REGULARLY **TEST & UPDATE **ON SAMPLES FROM CRUSHING UNITS.
- COORDINATEE WITH REPECTIVE UNIT INCHARGES TO DELIVER **SAMPLES TO LAB DAILY** FROM PRODUCTION UNITS.
- OIL READY FOR DESPATCH IS TO BE TESTED AND **QUALITY SHOULD BE ASSURED **BEFORE LOADING.
- **REFERANCE SAMPLE** SHOULD BE TAKEN FROM LOADED VEHICLE AND STORED ALONG WITH DETAILS
- **ANALYSIS CERTIFICATE** IS TO BE ATTACHED WITH INVOICE.
- COORDINATE WITH RESPECTIVE INCHARGE FOR **PRE PLANNING** ON OIL LOADING
- MAINTAIN TEST REPORTS AND CONTROL SAMPLE **RECORDS**:

- ALLOCATION OF BATCH CODE FOR OIL PRODUCED IN EACH UNIT.
- ENSURE **PROPER SAMPLING** DONE BY SUPERVISORS FROM TANKS & TANKERS.
- BEFORE UNLOADING CHECK ALL TEST PARAMETERS.**FORWARD ANALYSIS REPORT** TO RESPECTIVE INCHARGE FOR GETTING UNLOADING APPROVAL.
- KEEP LAB **CONSUMABLES RECORD** UPDATED.
- GET DETAILS REGARDING ADDITION OF **TBHQ/BHT** FROM RESPECTIVE INCHARGE.
- **CALIBRATE LAB EQUIPMENT** ON TIME.MAINTAIN LAB EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION RECORD.
- **MAINTAIN ESSENTIAL COMPLAINCES **LIKE HALAL, FSSAI, ISO etc &REGARDING FOOD SAFETY
- Salary Based On Performance
- Qualification : B.sc(chemist) or M.sc(Chemist)
- Experience: Minimum 6 years & Above..

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kangayam, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)
