**Job Title: Assistant Professor**

**Location**: CGC Jhanjeri, Mohali

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**: Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials to undergraduate and/or graduate students in your area of expertise. Develop course materials such as syllabi, handouts, and assignments. Provide guidance and support to students, including advising on academic and career matters.
- **Research**: Conduct original research in your field of specialization, leading to publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at conferences. Secure funding through grants and other sources to support research activities. Collaborate with colleagues, both within CGC Jhanjeri and externally, on interdisciplinary research projects.
- **Academic Development**: Stay current with developments in your field by engaging in continuous learning and professional development activities. Contribute to the development and revision of academic programs and curriculum to ensure relevance and quality.
- **Student Supervision**: Supervise undergraduate and/or graduate student research projects, theses, and dissertations. Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop research skills and pursue their academic and professional goals.
- **Service and Administration**: Participate in departmental and university committees and meetings. Contribute to the academic community through involvement in professional organizations, outreach activities, and other forms of service. Assist in administrative tasks such as course scheduling, program assessment, and accreditation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in your field through publications, presentations, and/or professional experience.
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative academic environment.

Pay: ₹30,915.04 - ₹95,794.30 per month
