**Location**: Hyderabad (Work From Office Only)

**Compensation**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 base + **Commissions + ESOPs**

We're building something truly unique at the intersection of **gaming, education, and events.** PIL Clubs is our flagship program where we teach life skills to school students using **competitive games, physical rewards, and emotional storytelling.**

We're looking for **founding team members** who are ready to roll up their sleeves, build big with us, and grow fast.

**About the Role**

This isn’t your typical job. As an EIR at PIL Gaming, you're not joining to "do a role" — you're joining to **build a company**. You’ll work directly with the founder across multiple verticals: PIL Clubs (our school education IP), mystery box launches, events, and brand partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own operations and execution for PIL Clubs in 3-5 schools
- Build and manage Redemption Day events with brands
- Coordinate with interns, trainers, and schools weekly
- Hustle across content, partnerships, logistics and marketing
- Research new cities, formats, games and engagement models

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years in startups, ops, brand or edtech/gaming ecosystem
- Strong at execution + communication + taking ownership
- Passionate about building IPs, gamification, or education
- Comfortable juggling multiple things at once
- **Wants to grow into a future CXO in the next 2 years**
