Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated pathologist to join our team at _**ORANGE LABS**_. As a pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic tests, analyzing samples, and providing accurate and timely diagnoses. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostic tests on various samples, including blood and body fluids.
- Analyze samples using laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Identify and interpret abnormalities or changes in cells or fluids to diagnose diseases.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to discuss test results and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Manage and oversee laboratory operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to laboratory staff, including medical technologists and technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of tests, results, and patient information.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Pathology.
- Valid medical license to practice as a pathologist.
- Fresher or Prior experience working as a pathologist.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
