**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing as needed.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Ensure all deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Hands-on experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems.

Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:
Exposure to SQL and scripting.

ISTQB or other QA certification.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
