**Job Title: MIS Executive**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect daily sales and operational data from all sales executives and consolidate it into standardized Excel reports.
- Create dashboards and summaries for management using advanced Excel tools including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Macros (preferred) or Google Sheets scripting.
- Maintain and update central sales and performance tracking sheets across departments.
- Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate data entries.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
- Identify data inconsistencies and work with team members to resolve issues.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and tracking KPIs.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all business-critical data.

**Skills Required**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, and conditional formatting.
- Knowledge of Macros and automation tools (added advantage).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with various departments to gather accurate data.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)**:

- Collect daily sales and operational data from all sales executives.
- Consolidate reports into standardized formats using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create dashboards and summaries using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.
- Automate repetitive tasks through Macros or Google Sheets scripting.
- Maintain and update central sales and performance tracking systems.
- Coordinate with sales and inventory teams for accurate and timely data.
- Prepare MIS reports for management reviews.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all business data.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**:

- 100% timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- 99%+ data accuracy in reports and dashboards.
- Zero critical errors or inconsistencies in MIS submissions.
- Number of automated processes implemented to save manual effort.
- Reduction in reporting time through automation and process improvement.
- Timely coordination and follow-ups with all sales and inventory teams.
- On-time delivery of forecast and budgeting reports.
- Zero data breaches or violations of data security policies.
- Regular update and maintenance of dashboards and trackers.
- Responsiveness and support provided to management for decision-making.

**Additional Notes**:

- Experience in working with a medium-sized team is a plus.
- A background in mathematics, statistics, or commerce will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
