**Job Summary**

The Floor Officer - Cash Department is responsible for supervising all cash counter operations, ensuring accuracy in billing, smooth customer checkout, and adherence to company cash-handling policies. This role ensures proper functioning of the POS system, manages cashiers, and provides excellent customer service while minimizing errors and discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of cash counters and ensure smooth billing process.
- Monitor and guide cashiers in handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, UPI, and other payment modes.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Check and verify cashier opening & closing balances, deposits, and reconciliation.
- Address and resolve customer issues at the billing counter promptly and professionally.
- Train cashiers on POS system usage, customer handling, and cash-handling protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company financial and security policies.
- Coordinate with accounts/finance team for daily cash collection and deposits.
- Maintain records of cash counter activities and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Support promotional activities by ensuring correct billing for offers and discounts.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in cash handling, billing, or retail floor supervision.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and retail billing procedures.
- Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
