**Job Summary**:
Oversee the smooth operation of the operating theater in a healthcare facility. Schedule surgeries, coordinate with the surgical team, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate surgeries and communicate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses.
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient turnover between surgeries.
- Maintain safety protocols and a sterile operating theater environment.
- Supervise operating theater staff and assign duties.
- Keep accurate records of surgeries, patient information, and equipment maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience in operating theater management.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and infection control.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in healthcare software.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
