Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our marketing strategies align with their business objectives. The Marketing Executive will actively communicate with clients, develop marketing solutions, and sometimes visit clients in person to deliver the highest level of service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored marketing strategies and solutions.

Client Visits:
Attend client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to discuss ongoing campaigns, assess needs, and present proposals.

Visit client locations to foster stronger relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their business operations.

Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives.

Monitor the performance of marketing strategies and make recommendations for optimization.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay updated with trends and competitor activity.

Use insights from research to advise clients and help improve their marketing approach.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and sales, to ensure marketing strategies align with client goals.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide valuable input for new marketing initiatives.

Client Satisfaction & Retention:
Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided and consistently meet their expectations.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in any field (Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be a plus point)

Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.

Ability to analyze client needs and deliver effective marketing solutions.

Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.

Shift
- Day Shift

Time: 11am - 7pm(mon-sat)

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
