**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of 10 data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive the development and implementation of data science and machine learning projects, from ideation to deployment.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights and support strategic business decisions.
- Design, build, and optimise machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored ML solutions.
- Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging data science and machine learning engineering technologies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and compellingly.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading data science teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with extensive experience in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of ML engineering practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying ML models and managing data pipelines.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for improving the reproducibility and scalability of machine learning workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
