**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop video content that aligns with marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Shoot high-quality video footage for promotional campaigns, training videos, and social media platforms.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics as needed.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including scripting, and scheduling.
- Ensure all video content is consistent with the brand’s visual identity and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video marketing and production techniques.
- Assist in managing and organizing video assets and ensuring proper file storage and archiving.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in video production or videography, preferably in a marketing or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, lighting, and sound.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for video content.
