**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Solar Sales Executive** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and helping customers understand the benefits of switching to solar energy. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sustainability, and a drive to exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Present solar products and services to prospective residential and/or commercial customers.
- Assess customers’ energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
- Conduct site evaluations and work with technical teams for system design and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incentives, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales (solar or renewable energy sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to understand technical information and explain it to customers.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
