**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and accept incoming orders from online platforms.
- Coordinate with kitchen and packaging teams to prepare orders correctly and on time.
- Verify order details before dispatch — items, quantity, add-ons, and packaging.
- Update order status on the online dashboard (accept, prepare, ready for pickup, dispatch).
- Maintain communication with delivery partners for smooth pickup and delivery.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and refund requests as per guidelines.
- Ensure accurate billing and inventory updates for online orders.
- Report any delays, order errors, or system issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dispatch and packaging area.
- Support daily reporting and end-of-day reconciliation for online orders.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Basic computer and mobile app handling skills are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
