A Brand Associate is responsible for supporting brand strategy, marketing activities, and maintaining a strong brand presence in the market. This role typically involves both creative and analytical tasks, closely collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, understand target audience preferences, and evaluate competitors.
- Assist in developing marketing plans to boost brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure brand visibility and consistency in advertising, promotions, product packaging, and public communications.
- Support the execution of brand campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for implementing product launches, promotional activities, and customer loyalty programs.
- Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to improve brand strategies.
- Prepare reports on brand health, awareness, and market positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and market information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,027.62 - ₹48,357.20 per month
