**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for calling provided leads and selling our study materials. This role is ideal for freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The position offers the flexibility of working from home while gaining valuable experience in the sales field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Calling and Conversion**:

- Contact potential customers from provided leads.
- Present and promote our study materials to prospective customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and objections.
- Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required.
- **Requirements**:

- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
- Availability to work full-time.
