**Required**:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Fast and eager learner, Active listener, Organized and resourceful
- Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer and fax machine)
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking.
**Preferred**:
- Ability to have a good and peaceful environment.
- Prior experience working as a Receptionist role in the Educationalfield/Any Industry.
**Responsibilities**:
A Receptionist's duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait. In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies.
Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. And also answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. Provide excellent customer service. Scheduling appointments.
