**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **E-Commerce Platforms Manager** to handle and grow our online sales channels. The role involves managing marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) as well as the company’s own e-commerce website, driving sales, optimizing listings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and brand presence.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, ratings, reviews).
- Coordinate with inventory, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle product uploads, catalog management, A+ content creation, and SEO for better visibility.
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues.
- Plan and execute digital promotions, offers, and festival sales campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
- Keep up-to-date with marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, catalog management, and online promotions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace seller portals.
- Analytical mindset with ability to drive sales through data-driven strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple platforms and meet sales targets.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.

**Salary Range**:

- [Mention as per company norms, e.g., ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month or negotiable based on experience]
