**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver effective training programs on logistics operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, shipping & receiving, and transportation.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.
- Develop training materials, manuals, SOPs, and e-learning modules aligned with company standards.
- Train staff on logistics software/tools (e.g., WMS, ERP systems, TMS).
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures during training.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and regulatory changes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Previous experience as a trainer or in a training/coaching role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and software systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and operational levels.
- Certification in training (e.g., TOT, L&D) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with lean logistics, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
- Experience with digital tools for training (LMS, e-learning platforms).
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, depending on operational location.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office, warehouse, and on-site environments.
- Occasional travel to distribution centers or partner facilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
