The Sumerpur cluster consists of 3 factories (plants) and a high-tech automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) enabled Warehouse. This role will require anchoring of this entire cluster. The digital pillar to scale this business model will be built on the synergies between core enterprise systems (SAP) and warehouse management system (WMS) systems allowing us to design an “unconstrained” platform for scaled production and service. The Sumerpur cluster is an assortment of plants along with a state-of-the-art warehouse running on a highly customized cloud suite of tech products including transport management systems, warehouse management systems and the core ERP systems; In addition to this, to enable the business objectives, robotic automations with IOT enabled devices will play a crucial role. Job Purpose: The role will partner HUL’s Supply Chain organization throughout project phase as well as in BAU phase to drive continuous improvement. As part of this role, the individual will get to work on next gen capabilities such as Automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), IoT based operations and implement industry 4.0 technologies. The role being Operational in nature, the role requires providing agile support to the shopfloor teams in terms of management of systems and platforms: interface functionalities, gap identification and resolution. The role will be based in Sumerpur (UP), India but will have the opportunity to work with different teams and people located in various locations across India. JOB SUMMARY: - BUSINESS PARTNERING: Engage with business teams within his/her area of responsibility to communicate, execute, deliverables which is lined up and scope the IT plan aligned with overall IT Scope.- Align with Unilever standard operating practise in delivery of IT Services & scope of work.- To work across Analyse, Design, Build, Test and Deploy phases with Agile framework on BAU enhancements and new initiatives- To ensure system resilience and >95% resolution rate/day of reported L1 tickets- To investigate, review and troubleshoot reported system issues under L1- Ensure all information in terms of Change/Enhancement Requests request are clearly documented, processed and executed in a timely manner- To collaborate with multiple ETS functions to design and deliver solutions for Logistic pillar’s digital agenda- To ensure high quality in across all project and BAU deliverables- Drive product validation : Request and test new innovation across the system landscape- To actively analyze system usage and issue trends to drive continuous improvement KEY REQUIREMENTS: - University Graduate BTech/BE/MCA (min. Bachelor)- Working knowledge of IT networking, ITIL and ITSM capabilities- Working knowledge of WMS, OTM and SAP- Functional knowledge of supply chain operations- Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver strategic projects- Excellent problem-solving skills to analyse business problems and
