**Principal Accountabilities**
- Lead project delivery across all client programs. Typically lead 3-5 programs at a time
- Lead both team and client meetings, and maintain final ownership to all deliverables
- Provide training, leadership & mentorship to project teams and consultants.
- Ensure project & compliance along with timely completion of projects and necessary QA
- Responsible for project economics; ensuring healthy margins at the project and portfolio level
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Contribute to BD activities by focusing on cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients along with some new client leads.
- Ensure repeat business emanating from delivery excellence with existing clients
- Develop a strong understanding of the Cedar toolbox and leverage it in projects.
- Supervise practice development responsibilities by developing and enhancing delivery toolkits and promo support on a regular basis.
- Participate in brand visibility enhancement exercises by leveraging their thought leadership, practice area knowledge, and experience

**Competencies**

**Technical**:

- Highly proficient in the MS Office suite
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry
- Having worked in one or more of the banking technology platforms
- Good appreciation of both traditional and emerging financial technology areas
- Having significant work experience and expertise in IT Advisory (Assessment, Strategy, Architecture, Operating Model, Selection) & Implementation Services (Project management, Requirement Documentation, Process Reengineering, Solution Design, Data Migration, Testing, Change Management, Post Go-live Assessment) solution offerings

**Soft-skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong global orientation with excitement to interact with Cedar and IBSI’s multicultural teams
- Ability to mentor, coach, guide and lead a team of Engagement Managers

**Qualifications and relevant experience**
- MBA/Master’s degree in Banking, Finance or Management from a top-tier B-school
- Excellent academic pedigree and performance
- 12-15 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of delivery leadership across geographies and managed offshore deliver centers
