**Job Summary**:
The Sales Officer for Real Estate, Farmlands, and Retirement Homes is responsible for driving sales within the designated real estate sector.
This role involves understanding customer needs, providing information about available properties, and facilitating the sales process from initial contact to closing.
The Sales Officer should have a deep understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
Additionally, they will need to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Property Presentation and Consultation: Arrange property viewings for potential buyers and provide detailed information about the features, amenities, and pricing.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their requirements and offer personalized solutions.
Advise clients on investment opportunities, financing options, and market trends. Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other legal documents to facilitate the transaction process.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the buying process and beyond. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration and Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software. Prepare regular reports and presentations to update management on sales performance and market trends.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the specific sectors of farmlands and retirement homes. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including pricing, financing, and legal aspects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications such as real estate license or sales training would be advantageous.
