The Service Advisor acts as the main point of contact between customers and the service department. The role involves receiving vehicles for service, understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**: - Greet customers courteously and understand their service requirements. - Open job cards in the system and record customer complaints clearly. - Explain the service process, estimated cost, and delivery time to customers. - Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair. - Conduct follow-up calls for service reminders and feedback collection. - Prepare estimates and get customer approval before proceeding with additional repairs. - Ensure that all jobs are completed as per company standards and timelines. - Perform final inspection before vehicle delivery. - Maintain records of customer interactions, job cards, and invoices. - Promote service packages, AMC, and accessories. - Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. - Support CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) improvement initiatives. **Qualifications & Skills**: - Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred. - 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a two-wheeler dealership or workshop. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Technical knowledge of two-wheeler vehicles. - Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills. - Fresher Also Welcome **Interview Location**: 2/2, VCTV Main Road, Sathy Road, Erode - 638004 **Interview Date**: 10 Oct 2025 at 10:30.
