2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

3. Develop responsive designs that work across various devices and browsers.

4. Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure seamless user experience.

5. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

7. Create design systems, style guides, and design languages to maintain consistency across projects.

8. Design and develop UI components, icons, graphics, and other visual elements.

9. Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met in designs.

10. Communicate design decisions and solutions to stakeholders and team members.

**Some technical skills required for this role**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and design languages
- Strong visual design and user experience skills

Pay: ₹155,457.40 - ₹500,000.00 per year
