**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Junior Graphic Designer** to join our design team. In this role, you will assist in producing visually engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. You will support senior designers in executing creative concepts and play an integral part in delivering high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Support in editing images, retouching, and preparing final artwork for production or publishing.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Take feedback and make necessary revisions to improve designs.
- Organize and manage design files and assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or XD is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to take direction and work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design collaboration tools, Illustrator, figma, premiese pro and after effects.
- Knowledge of basic animation or video editing.
- Understanding of printing processes and file preparation.
