
Travel Desk Executive

**Job Description-**
The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all travel-related services and arrangements for employees, ensuring smooth and cost-effective travel experiences. This includes handling booking procedures, liaising with travel agencies, and managing travel documentation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, transport for employees.
- Research and recommend the best travel options based on employee needs, preferences, and budget.
- Maintain up-to-date records of travel arrangements and travel-related expenses.
- Monitor and manage travel expenses to ensure that travel stays within budget guidelines.
- Negotiate with vendors for discounts, promotions, and the best rates on travel services.
- Provide support for any emergency travel requirements or last-minute changes to bookings.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of travel policies, regulations, and booking systems.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with regular office hours (adjustable for travel-related emergencies).
- May require occasional weekend or after-hours support depending on travel schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
