**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the Pet Pooja POS system to process orders and payments accurately
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods securely and responsibly
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts
- Generate daily sales reports using Pet Pooja software
- Assist with order modifications, refunds, and resolving billing issues
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams for smooth order flow
- Report technical issues with the POS system to the manager or IT support

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting
- Proficiency in using **Pet Pooja** POS software is **mandatory**:

- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the food service industry
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
