**Position Summary**:
The Executive, G0-G1 Potato Seed Multiplication, reports to the Assistant Manager overseeing multiple farms and is responsible for managing seed multiplication activities at one specific location.

The role is based out of Shahjahanpur (Uttar Pradesh)

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:_ _**
- Assist in planning and executing G0-G1 seed multiplication activities at the designated farm location.
- Support the Manager in preparing and managing the budget for seed multiplication operations at the assigned farm.
- Manage inventory stocks, maintain records, and ensure efficient resource utilization at the designated location.
- Collaborate with the Manager to optimize operational costs and sustain seed multiplication activities within budgetary constraints.
- Participate in conducting experimental and agronomy trials for potato varieties at the designated farm, as directed by the Manager.
- Assist in auditing the farm for quality and operational compliance, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and protocols.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned from the Manager across seed multiplication activities at the designated location.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the seed multiplication team at the designated farm to achieve organizational objectives.
- Assist in training agriculture and cold storage staff at the location on seed handling procedures and quality control measures.
- Contribute to the identification and development of new locations or improvements at the designated farm to support seed supply requirements.
- Support the importation process of new potato varieties under the direction of the Manager.

**Requirements**:
**Academic**:

- Must have: An Agriculture Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in potato production
- Nice to have: An agriculture post graduate with 5-7 years’ experience of G0-G1 captive production

**Related Work Experience (Internal to the organization or external)**:

- Should manage conflict resolution situations both within the team function and with outside suppliers and seek win/win solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agricultural practices and seed multiplication processes.
