This is a Buyer role, reporting to P&L Team Lead in Drive products - Motion division located in Bangalore. With P2P knowledge, execute material purchase requests, according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms. Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures under supervision.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supplier registration and qualification in SAP Ariba. Creation and supplier modification.
- RFQ management, supports in negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions and feedback recommendations for appropriate actions.
- Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommends frame agreements to management, ensures approved contractual terms in execution.
- Understanding the customer requirement and floating RFQ’s to suppliers to receive quotes. Price negotiation.
- SAP Knowledge is must. Experience on SAP Ariba and Service Now would be an added advantage.
- Track’s goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing as per available guidelines.
- Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and recommends solutions / resolves performance issues within the scope.
- Initiates supply purchase orders in the system, confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements.
- Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.

**Your background**:

- Minimum experience should be 2 plus years into SCM Procurement.
- SAP MM Knowledge IS MUST
- Education - BE/B. Tech. - Electrical/ Mechanical.
