We are seeking a talented and motivated Paint Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a Paint Technologist, you will play a **key role in developing and improving our paint formulations**, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.
- **Formulation Development**: Develop new paint formulations or modify existing ones to meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and market trends.
- **Testing and Analysis**: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to assess their performance, durability, color consistency, and other key properties.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Process Optimization**: Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
- **Technical Support**: They must be able to provide and head sales operations to discover new opportunities for the company and provide recommendations on strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in paint formulation development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of paint chemistry, raw materials, pigments, additives, and their interactions.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
