**About the role**:
Act as Technical/Solution Expert for Splunk

Drive complex deployments of Splunk dashboards and reports while working side by side with the customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases

Design and implement solutions to address business problems in various industry verticals

Prepare technical documentation. Able to work independently on projects and have strong problem-solving skills.

Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on different setup/design & Product features.

Lead all project activities end to end ( including HOTO) from project delievery prospective

Work with managers, developers and other administrators to implement new software, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Provide training to operations team (L1/L2) & collegues for cross skilling

Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products.

Utilize moderate to complex lab setups to demonstrate use cases and integrate across different platforms. Support in building setup for customer DEMO/POC.

Should be highly motivated and customer focused professional

**About you**:

- Experience10 years of related experience in Customer facing Organization from the SI domain.

Experience in design, implementation, and support of Splunk (Indexers, Forwarders, Search-Heads Setup etc)

Experience with implementing and administering Splunk

Good Exposure and understanding with virtualization technologies (Hypervisor, VMware, etc)

Applications,Dashboards for license usage and Application errors.

Experience with Linux and Windows agents for Splunk administration with a thorough understanding of the Splunk system

Ability to create operations documentation for maintaining the Splunk infrastructure.

Monitor the Splunk infrastructure for capacity planning and optimization

Experience with MFA -2FA, RADIUS, LDAP, AD, tokens etc

Experience in onboarding new data, Inputting new information, Creating new dashboards, Extraction info through splunk

Report generation ad customization

Understanding and Hands on exposure on SASE-, Cloud SecureWeb Gateway,Cloud-delivered firewall,Cloudaccess Security broker-CASB, interactive threat intel and MFA

Knowledge and exposure on automation using scripting on Python,Ansible,Rest API,Jason,Postman etc

**Additional information**:

- Technical & Functional Skills & CertificationsSplunk Admin Certification

ITIL certification - would be an added advantage

Experience working in a software engineering environment is a plus
