Biling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate and timely invoices for inpatient services provided to patients. Ensure that all billable services are appropriately documented and billed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for inpatient services. Communicate with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorization for procedures and admissions as necessary.
- Claims Management: Submit claims to insurance companies and government payers promptly and accurately. Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Payment Posting: Record payments received from patients and insurance companies accurately in the billing system. Reconcile payments with billed amounts and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Patient Billing Inquiries: Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing statements, insurance coverage, and payment options. Provide excellent customer service and assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to billing and coding practices. Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and update billing processes accordingly.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze billing reports to monitor key performance indicators such as revenue, accounts receivable, and claim denial rates. Identify trends and areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Medical Records, and Patient Services to resolve billing-related issues and streamline processes.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
