**Job Summary**:
As a Supply Chain Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers. You'll be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing inventory, optimizing processes, creating P&L reports, and negotiating the best rates from vendors to maximize profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and ingredients.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.
- Plan and schedule shipments to optimize transportation costs and delivery times.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of outlets to forecast demand and plan accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Prepare P&L reports to analyze the financial performance of the supply chain operations.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best rates and terms to maximize profitability.
- Actively participate in supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing.

**Requirement**s:
**Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field**
- .Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably in the food industry
- .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- .Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software
- .Willingness to relocate to Navsari, Gujarat, or join the team at our facility
- .Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
