We are looking for freelance graphic designers and typesetters who can work with us on a needs basis to create engaging visual material for our research outputs and advocacy campaigns.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize and design visuals for projects on labor, data rights, internet governance, and gender- Custom-design graphics for advocacy campaigns- Design cover pages, posters, and illustrations for various outputs for digital and print- Create templates and wireframes for microsites- Format, style, and typeset research papers, compendiums, essay series, reports, etc., on Adobe InDesign

**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of proven design experience- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
