**Job description** **Position Overview**: As a Robotics & Coding Trainer at MakersLoft, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding students through the exciting world of robotics. Your passion for STEM education, coupled with your expertise in robotics, will contribute to creating a stimulating learning environment. **Responsibilities**: - **Conduct Robotics & Coding Classes**: Deliver engaging and age-appropriate robotics & coding classes for students at various skill levels. Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages creativity and problem-solving. - **Curriculum Development**:Contribute to the development of robotics & coding curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational goals and industry standards. Incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience. - **Equipment Management**:Maintain and organize robotics equipment and materials. Ensure the proper functioning and safety of all robotics tools and components. - **Student Engagement**:Provide individualized guidance to students, addressing their unique learning needs. Encourage teamwork, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving among participants. - **Parent Communication**:Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and upcoming events. Conduct periodic parent-teacher meetings to discuss the impact of the robotics program on students' development. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Education, or a related field. - Prior experience in teaching or training, particularly in robotics, Coding or STEM education - Strong knowledge of robotics platforms, programming languages, and educational robotics kits. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Company Description** MakersLoft is an organization dedicated to championing “hands-on learning" in K-12 education in India.
