**Job description**

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to faculty members, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing communication with students.

**Course Coordination**:
Assist in the coordination and organization of courses, ensuring timely distribution of syllabus, textbooks, and other course materials.

Collaborate with faculty to maintain accurate and up-to-date course schedules.

**Student Engagement**:
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Address student inquiries, concerns, and provide guidance on academic matters.

**Test Conduction and Assessment**:
Assist in the grading of assignments, exams, and other assessments.

Maintain accurate records of student grades and performance.

Smooth test conduction at the center.

**Event Coordination**:
Support the planning and execution of academic events, conferences, and seminars.

Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and ensure a smooth event experience.

Collaboration with Departments:
Work closely with other academic departments and administrative staff to facilitate seamless operations.

Participate in meetings and contribute to collaborative initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Prior experience in an academic setting is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
